With over 8 years as a Senior Information Systems Security Manager at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Theodore has spent his career protecting some of the nation's most critical and sensitive systems. He holds an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and has managed security for cutting-edge DoD and Air Force programs where failure wasn't an option. That experience taught him how to build security programs that actually work under pressure—not just check boxes.
But Theodore also knows the business side. As a former business owner himself, he understands the challenges growing companies face: tight budgets, competing priorities, and the constant pressure to do more with less. He knows that security can't get in the way of operations—it has to enable growth, win contracts, and protect what you've built without breaking the bank.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Science from Miami University and an Associate's degree in Information Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
